Easter Seals offers a program tailored to teens and young adults with physical
disabilities, designed to assist them in making successful
transitions into adulthood and into the workforce.
The
Horizons Program features classroom
training in life skills and vocational development, as well as a
paid work placement to gain valuable work experience.
